My collection of life-changing stuff from around the internet

An Awesome Photo I took of Skaros Rock in the village of Imerovigli while we were visiting Santorini. I loved it so much, I climbed it 3x.

Welcome to the page where I gather content and resources that have had a huge impact on my life. This list is just getting started and I will be growing it over time. So tune in from time to time or sign up for my newsletter never miss an update.

IMPACT: My wife and I are on track to becoming financially independent by 38 y.o. and are enjoying every step of the way. Learn more about us here.

  • The Three Numbers You Need to Know For DIY Retirement Planning I found Chris on Eat The Financial Elephant (now he blogs on Can I Retire Yet?) in 2016 and have been following his story since. At the beginning of 2017, he announced he quit his job as a physical therapist and can now follow his passions. Myself being a PT, I was more than intrigued. Well, I dug around his site and found this gem of an article that eventually introduced me to the awesome concept of financial independence and the supportive community surrounding it.

IMPACT: I am now motivated to look forward to waking up at 6 – 7 AM giving me 1.5 – 2.5 hours before everyone else to spend more time on myself.

Waking Up Early and Intentional Living with 5am Joel – Episode 154 I have had the pleasure of chatting with Joel a few times and I was excited to hear his interview with the How to Money podcast. Joel has some great tips on how he gets up so early in the morning (even on weekends). My favorite line from the episode: “2 minutes of pain for 2 hours of gain”. Go Joel! I look forward to his 5am emails every day.
